  Breathe Deep -- Yogi TeaRespiratory Support
Breathe Deep tea is an Ayurvedic blend of herbs and spices formulated to enhance healthy breathing.* This healing formula utilizes Organic Thyme, an herb whose active ingredient, thymol, helps to loosen phlegm and relax the muscles of the respiratory tract.* We have also included Organic Australian Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) and Elecampane (Inula helenium), pungent herbs that clear the mucous membranes and are beneficial to total respiratory health.* Organic Basil is a warming adaptogenic herb traditionally used to support the respiratory system and help the body adjust to stress; and Organic Ginger Root soothes the stomach and aids with digestion.* The formula is enhanced with Organic Mullein, a cooling herb soothing to the mucous membranes.* It is recommended that this tea be sweetened with a teaspoon or two of honey, which has been traditionally known to support the body’s expectoration process.
