An Mien Pian ("calm mind pills")

Very popular in herb stores in China and the U.S. It reduces stress and calms the mind, encouraging sleep.

Standard Dosage: 3-4 tablets, 3 x day.

Ingredients: Ziziphus spinosa seed, Polygala tenuifolia root, Poria cocos fungus, Gardenia jasminoides fruit, Massa fermenta, Glycyrrhiza uralensis root. - Suan zao ren, Yuan zhi, Fu ling, Zhi zi, Shen qu, Gan cao.

Cautions & Contraindications: Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection. Use with caution during pregnancy. Contains tree nuts & wheat. Contains 84 tablets Dosage 3-4 tablets, 3 times daily
